These are our main investment areas.
Either directly or indirectly we have held, developed and exited a number of small stakes in brand-led food, drink, and brand concepts. We are looking for brands which have already launched and which have the capacity to grow.
Our key hospitality investment is the Teal Cafe/Teal Canapés in Sevenoaks
NorthChurch Homes based in Sevenoaks acquires land for development, builds homes and provides maintenance services.
We invest in established businesses with strong Management, which service niche markets and which require capital for acquisition, change or investment.
CMS Payments Intelligence is typical of our investment thesis.
We are also happy to support Local Charities.
A little bit of our story.
As a Family Office our investment philosophy is to back people in businesses with capacity to grow which are going through change.
Change can be either retirement or sale, turnaround or growth, or a capital requirement. Capital can be via debt or equity. Our investment sweet spot is £25,000-£500,000.
